soaked it in pb blast over night then took two pieces of wood and clamped it in a table vice used a 10mm impact socket with the gun and spun it till it moved down then used a pair of vice grips to pull the bolt up if anyone else has this problem apparently the bolt wasnt bent or anything it was just like gunk that bonded the bolt to the wall i found a write up on a rb26 form though i do not recommend how he went about it he tried to pond the cap down the flat part of a table vice which possible will cause scoring to the bottom of the cap. ps sorry for the run on sentence i dont like using periods
